Which personal data radi22.com processes, and why.

This page explains which personal data is processed when you use radi22.com, and why.

Who is responsible

The site is run by the family of Radostin Prisadov. Contact person: Plamen Prisadov, info@radi22.com, +359 878 609 801.

Contact form

When you send an enquiry through the contact form we receive your name, email address, the topic you chose and the text of your message. We use them only to reply to your enquiry. The message is sent by email and is not stored in the site database.

To protect against spam, the site keeps a counter of sent messages for one hour, tied to an irreversibly hashed form of your IP address.

Cookies and tracking

The site sets no cookies for visitors and uses no analytics tools, advertising pixels or embedded third-party content. Fonts and video are loaded from our own server.

Links to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and the sponsors’ websites lead to external sites with their own privacy rules.

Hosting

The site is hosted on SuperHosting.BG servers in Bulgaria. As with any website, the server logs technical data about visits (IP address, time, requested page) for security purposes.

How long we keep data

Messages from the form are kept in our mailbox for as long as they are needed to reply and to follow up on the enquiry.

Your rights

You may ask for access to your data, for it to be corrected or deleted, and you may object to its processing. Write to us at info@radi22.com. You also have the right to complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg).
