About Radi

Radostin Prisadov, #22. Motocross, M6 Yamaha Racing Team.

01 — The story

A champion at 6

Radostin Prisadov was born in 2017. He first rode a bike at the age of 4 and started training straight away with M6 Yamaha Racing Team under coach Martin Todorov.

At 5 he received his licence from the Bulgarian Motorcycling Federation. In his very first season, 2022, he won 5 races and made his first start abroad, in Greece.

In 2023 and 2024 he became Bulgarian champion and BMU Eastern European champion in the 50cc class, and in 2023 he also won the Bulgarian Cup. He has twice been voted “Athlete of the Year” of the Municipality of Pernik and twice named “Most Promising Young Rider” under 14.

He was presented with the BMU Eastern European title at an official ceremony in Brasov, Romania. Beside him were his parents, who have supported him every step of the way to the titles.

The hardest test came in 2024. After a crash he broke his arm, had surgery and missed two races. He got back on the bike and, despite the missed starts, became Bulgarian and Eastern European champion again.

In 2025 he moved up a year early to the tougher MX65 class, for children aged 8 to 12. He could have stayed in MX50 for one more season, but the family and his coach decided that stronger competition was better for his development, even with more modest results in the first season.

In MX65 he rides a Yamaha YZ65 with the support of Yamaha Bulgaria. In 2026 he is among the front-runners in the Bulgarian and Eastern European championships, has won the rounds at Blagoevgrad, Korten, Ungheni and Samokov, and has raced in Greece, Czechia, Croatia, Turkey, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Romania and Moldova.

The big goal is a European title, then the Yamaha Cup and a world title. The road there is made of small steps: one training session after another, one race after another.

“Radostin Prisadov is very diligent and works hard at every task he is given. If he keeps training hard, I am sure he has a future in this sport.”
